PBS has an amazing hold on my children...

My children are quiet for a few minutes while they watch the PBS special on the Music of  STARWARS program for the Hollywood Bowl...  Wish I cold afford those tickets...

Home Made Bread is the Best...

If you could only have "smell-o-vision"... this would be a winning moment...
the fresh out-of-the-oven smell of bread wafting througout the house...
and the kids are OUTSIDE on their bikes while I'm enjoying the Aroma to myself!!!

Our New Herb & Strawberry Pot

It's time to get ready for spring & summer by putting our seeds in to our starter pots.

The strawberry pot has a strawberry plant and seasonal herbs: chives, parsley, cilantro, thyme, basil & sage.
I clipped some established herbs and put them in the top to get it started too...  my helper was very good too!

Fiona and her Granny at Redondo Beach.
We went to enjoy the sunshine and watch the water, where the Tsunami Surge was expected.  Although the water was rising, the visual impact was not noticable from where we stood. 

We still pray for those in Japan and along the Northern U.S. Coast who are being more directly affected by the Earthquake and the resulting Tsunami.

Tsunami and storm surge...???
